What company offers laptops that come with the least amount of preinstalled useless software?

I want a pretty stripped down machine. I don't want any extras. Are there any companies that sell laptops like this?

Also, do any companies include the operating system disk separately? For example, if I need to format, I don't want all of the preinstalled garbage on the clean install. Thanks.
